Our client is located in Idaho City. It was important to them to see the following illustrated in their design:

• Multiple gate access points on their deck to help with clearing and removing snow. 

• Rain escape installed to help with diverting water away from their home's foundation. Rain escape helps to ensure rainfall or moisture from snow melting does not get pooled up underneath their deck. 

Alder and Oak Building Co designed their deck, drafted plans and managed the submittal and application for permit to Boise County. The plans were approved and the build is scheduled for March of 2023.
